While we cannot guarantee an exact minute, we offer 'Morning' and 'Afternoon' delivery slots. For special events, please contact our support team 48 hours in advance.

What is your policy if the flowers arrive damaged?

We offer a 100% freshness guarantee. If your arrangement arrives wilted or damaged, please send a photo to our team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday.

Will the bouquet look exactly like the picture on the website?

While we strive for exact matches, floral availability varies by season. If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely. You can enter your custom message in the 'Gift Note' section during checkout, and it will be printed on a high-quality card included with the bouquet.
